ReoTrax app for iPhone and iPad

ReoTrax is to be used by real estate agents who are dealing with homes that need various inspections and repairs before they can be sold. The app allows the agent to enter a property and then add inspections and task to the property. They can then look up the property and get a list of inspections and tasks for that property. As they enter inspections or tasks, they are saved so they can selected from a picker when a subsequent inspection or task with the same name is entered.
The properties are listed in a table. If one is selected, its information is shown. There is a button to see schedule for that property.
On the property table screen there is a button for schedules. It displays a table of all outstanding inspections and tasks so the agents can see what they need to work on. If an inspection or task is touched, either from the list of all outstanding or from the list for a particular property, the inspection or task is displayed. The status and note can be changed. If the status of an inspection is changed to "Completed" and the information saved, the agent is asked if they would like to create another.
Photos can be added to the inspections. Once the Photos are taken they can be displayed in a table of photos for the inspection. Touching one to select it will display the full-size image. The photo can then be selected on unselected for inclusion in an email. The email is sent by touching the email button on the toolbar upon returning from the table of photos to the inspection.
